"THE LITHUANIAN NATION" – Appropriate and Necessary (Desirable) Concepts for the State Intended for: Information – Presidency (President)

1. The Lithuanian Nation is a community – a union of the people of Lithuania, bound by customs, rules created by them, and wisdom.

2. Having created the Lithuanian State many centuries ago; History – The Past. Based on historical knowledge, a MODERN STATE should be built, founded on IDEAL HONESTY, high understanding, love, and justice. Principles and knowledge of free and JUST democracy should be developed.

3. Its legal foundations were based on Lithuanian statutes and the CONSTITUTIONS of the Republic of Lithuania; LEGAL FOUNDATION – It is strictly forbidden to repeat the mistakes and inaccuracies of the past. The legal foundation must be based on the principles and criteria of a MODERN and JUST State.

4. Defending its freedom and independence for centuries; The meaning of the word "FREEDOM" in the Nation, the State, and each individual. (STRIVE FOR APPROPRIATE AND JUST UNDERSTANDINGS for the welfare of the Nation, the State, and each individual).

5. Preserving its spirit, native language, writing, and customs; (IN THE FUTURE, DEVELOP THE SPIRIT OF THE NATION).

6. Embodying the innate right of the individual and the Nation to live freely and create on the land of their ancestors; Concepts of "Free Living". (Strive for appropriate and necessary understandings in each individual). Creation – every person must have the right to it.

7. In an Independent Lithuanian State; Concepts of "Independence" – strive for appropriate and just understandings.

8. Nurturing national harmony on Lithuanian soil; (NATIONAL HARMONY) – this point must always be upheld and not violated.

THE STATE OF LITHUANIA is the structure of the Lithuanian country; An Independent Democratic Republic, created by the Nation, possessing territory, a CONSTITUTIONAL order, and governance.

Article 1

THE STATE OF LITHUANIA is an Independent Democratic Republic

1. (P.) According to the known development of humanity on planet Earth, the concepts – understandings – knowledge – wisdom of humanity, the terminology of the phrase "Independent Democratic Republic" does not and CANNOT contain a strategy (strategic plan – strategic system) for the development of the ENTIRE Country – (State – Nation) toward PERFECTION and the development of its systemic programs. Without systemic programs for PERFECTION, the Country (Nation – State) has no path toward progression, which over time develops into a system ending in SYSTEMIC PERFECTION (Paradise).

Based on the improperly corrected Article 1 of the CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA, the summarized conclusion is:

1. The Country – (State – Nation) is capable of achieving only excellent economic indicators.

2. It navigates among situations known to humanity, in which the progress of pain – despair – tears inevitably exists.

2. (P.) Based on the detailed information in 1. (P.), it is NECESSARY to correct the content and conceptual understandings of Article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania. (Correctional project work is carried out by me – Vidmantas).

It is based solely on the competence of individuals (in the plural context), which is incapable – lacking the ability to create and shape a proper – just future formation of progress in the Country.

3. (P.) – (1 – D. – 4) Structural definition of "DEMOCRACY": DEMOCRACY is a FORM OF GOVERNANCE in which all citizens have the right to participate in COUNTRY GOVERNANCE. (Equality and freedom are important qualities of democracy).

The structure of governance is based on: A just system defining the proper structural FOUNDATION of governance, supported by a PERFECT – balanced SYSTEMIC STRUCTURE of governance in progression.
